Joseph had his 2nd birthday party at Gymboree. He goes to a Gymboree class each week and they finish the class by saying, "Hip Hip Hooray! It's a Gymboree Day!" Well, the title shows you how Joseph says it. :)
We got to be there early with nobody else around, so the birthday boy and Anna had free reign of the whole place! What a blast that was. But they were both excited when the party guests started arriving. He had a "Cars" themed birthday party, so all the activities they did were related to cars and his cake had Lightning McQueen and Mater on it. This was one happy little boy!

We had a wonderful time with friends at the party!! Afterwards, our little family of four went out to dinner and then went home where Joseph got to open presents. He could barely sit still long enough to see what one gift was before moving on to the next gift. I think we're finally getting close to having the same amount of "boy" things for him to play with as we have girl things.
He LOVES dinosaurs!
He got a wooden, magnetic dress up doll named Joey (how appropriate) so now he doesn't have to play with Anna's girly ones.
