Anna wanted her Barbie-themed Birthday Party at a gymnastics place, so that's what we did. Steve, April, Brantley, and Grace were in town on their way to their next adventure in Korea, so we were able to celebrate Brantley's 3rd birthday too. The girls did their party together at a gymnastics place and the partying continued at Grandmommy and Grandpa's house through the weekend.
The kids had a blast at the gymnastics party. The guys in charge of the party were really funny and entertaining. They played games with the kids and presented Anna and Brantley with their birthday surprises...a medal and a t-shirt. Here are some pictures from the gymnastics party.
After the party, we went home to open presents from friends. Anna was excited to get another American Girl doll from Granny and Papa and TONS of Barbies and accessories from her friends. She got some great arts and crafts gifts as well. She was one happy girl!
The partying continued that evening with dinner at Grandmommy and Grandpa's house. Of course that meant swimming too... and more presents!! The kids helped Auntie April make cupcakes for Brantley's birthday dinner and they turned out really cute. Brantley wanted a Minnie Mouse theme for her special day. On Sunday, Steve and April prepared a delicious Korean feast in honor of their move to Korea. It was amazing! The kids even chowed down on it. Don't ask me what any of it was called, but it sure tasted good. We ended the night with Brantley opening her presents and enjoying Minnie Mouse cupcakes. It was a great weekend of celebrating two beautiful girls!
