Anna will be 2 in June, but all the grandparents will be on vacation for her birthday. So, we threw a birthday party for Anna with just the family. She'll have her party with her friends in June. Auntie Amy from NYC got to celebrate with us since she was here for the weekend. Marc grilled out some delicious burgers and hot dogs and Grandmommy made a fabulous giant cupcake! Anna loved opening presents, but she especially loved playing with her new things. She got so many new toys to play with outside so now she's ready for summer.
The thing that impressed us all the most was that Anna sat and listened to us all singing "Happy Birthday" to her and a soon as the song was over, she stood up and blew out her candles! I thought for sure I'd have to tell her to do that, but she already knew! It was too cute. You can watch it all in the little video. Thanks, family, for a fun birthday party for Anna!!
